Shop Capabilities Overview
We are a full-service job shop with broad material and geometry experience. We routinely machine:
Materials:
• Stainless steels (304L, 316, etc.)
• Carbon steels (1020 HR, 4140 Pre-Hard, etc.)
• Alloy steels
• Aluminum (including 7075-T6)
• UHMW and other engineering plastics
We are comfortable moving quickly between very hard, stable materials and soft, flexible ones that require special fixturing and annealing processes.
Part Size & Geometry:
• We handle parts from small, intricate components up to relatively large workpieces (roughly 80″ × 30″ envelope on mills).
• Strong capabilities in complex 5-axis work, tight-tolerance components, and multi-sided machining.
• Live tooling and dual-spindle turning on the Lynx 2600SY allows us to complete complex turned parts in one setup.
